Through the able leadership of previous chairladies and executive officers, the Association has completed several community projects across towns in Old Orlu Province, Imo State. These projects are recommended by members after careful deliberations during meetings and the most crucial areas of need in the communities are selected.
It has been noted that despite the presence of community health centers in most towns and communities, there are obvious absence of relevant equipment necessary for effective and efficient maternal health care delivery in the hospitals.
